not many people use her yet so maybe we won't know for awhile. I met one (not maxed tho) on arena, fought one on one with my brh and I lost. and I have decent win rate against light meta. either I'm unlucky or she's on par with brh

maybe because she is a demon type, so man eater from esper/vc didn't work on her. But iirc we will get a equipment with +50 demon killer, that's really a lot for a single equipment. If that still not enough, we can also unlock nodes with demon killer on some esper.

Her Izayoi skill is now fixed, will not be affected by reflect. So worth it to counter Celes :) But Moore is a good pair with Celes, if you want to build a water team.
