Awakening soul 2* - 6* from farplane alcerist quest or multiplayer alcerist quest.

Feagment of thought (elemental) can get from chocobo expedition or mog shop exchange

Prism (elemental) from normal draws, mog shop, special shop.

Spheres from getting dupe, mog shop or normal draw. Rainbow Sphere can also get from events or shop.

Rainbow fragments of thought from events/shop/special shop

sadly you can only get rainbow fragments from events or trading in the moogle shop every month :(
