Why the Unit Icons Show SSR Instead of MR?

On the JP server, SSR is used intead of MR. That's the reason and sorry for this inconvenience.

How reaction blocking rate work?
is it increase our reaction blocking rate or decrease enemy reaction blocking rate ?

Both the ranking and the list are missing Lissette.
The ranking is also missing Rivelka, though she's on the list.

Fina should be in S tier. She is a cost 60 UR unit once she gets to 120. Maybe SS tier.

How is leviale B and Mariale A+?? They have the same arithmetician kit and we can read Leviale's EX whereas Mariale is nowhere to be seen.

oops, you're right. missed a couple of units' ex update, and Livialle having arithmetician sub job is enough to put her up there.
