A vison card can be equiped to an units to give it additional stats (HP, attack, and magic) and an effect and to apply another effect to the party that the unit belongs to.

Vision cards can be leveled and awoken to get strengthened.

By equipping a vision card, it's stats given to that unit.

Stats of a vision card can be strengthened by leveling up.

A vision card has an effect, and an unit that equips it gains the effect.

Unlike a party ability, an effect is only applied to a unit that equips that vision card.

An effect can be strengthened by leveling and awakening.

A vision card has a party ability. It applies to the party that a unit equipping that vision card belongs to. Meaning your party can gain up to 5 (+1 with a guest unit) party abilities.

There are two rules you should know about party abilities.

1. Party abilities can't be duplicated. For example, even if your 2 units equip Ifrit and the Oath of Love, their attack up party abilities can't be applied simultaneously and higher one is only applied.
   
   

2. A party ability that a guest unit brings can be duplicated.

A party ability can be strengthened by leveling and awakening.

By spending grow eggs and gil, a vision card can be leveld.

To increase the max level, a vision card have to be awoken with using fragments of that vision card and phantom spheres of the corresponding rarity.

Grow eggs are spent for leveling vision cards.

Grow eggs can be purchased at shops, obtained from the chamber of egg and as rewards for monthly missions.

Chamber of grow egg is the best place to farm grow eggs. You can play this quest up to 3 times a day.

On Monday, item drops are doubled.

To awaken a vision card, phantom spheres of corresponding rarity and fragments of that vision card are required.

Fragments can be purchased at shops and obtained from summons (when you pull a duplicate vision card, it's turned into fragments and a phantome sphere of the rarity same to that vision card.

Yes you should if you are afford to purchase since eveling a vision card required a vast amount of grow eggs.

Yes. Each vision card has an unique effect and it will be helpful to defeat a boss in PvE especially.

It's recommended. Note that you can play it up to only 3 times a day and playing the chamber of egg is the primarily way of farming grow eggs.

21 includes +4 already. Meaning the party ability increases atk of units within a party by 21% but not 25%.
