He is very fast and a dodge tank especially if you match him with Shiva VC maxed adds another 20 Dodge aside from his +15 master skill.
But he's not the best in terms of damage. His more of a support disruptiveness since his best is steal time and heart then with his evade magic makes him able to charge thru enemies to disrupt them or reduce thier speed.
