Winter Vinera can be easily built as a bruiser since she has access to HP and ATK passive, as well as Man Eater and Demon Purger from her skills, but she's also an exceptional magic tank because of her Spellblade subjob, which comes with Taunting Spell, Magic Barrier, and some magic resistance base and passive.
What makes it even better is that she's conveniently supported by Malboro esper since it has Strike Attack Up and Magic Res skills to fit that playstyle, combined with Demon Purger will make her a hard hitting tank if she ever gets close. The Ninja subjob helps with some added agility stats or passive(s), along with some situational ranged damage or chaining potential if you ever want to switch to it as the subjob.
It's worth noting that her downside is that she has -15% missile resistance, and -10% pierce resistance, which are both somewhat common in PvP. Going against non magic teams can end up making her very squishy, and not be able to build up her Demon Purger. But against magic teams, she can be a key piece in your team as long as she's able to get her Taunting Spell before the enemy.
