She's not S due to low synergy with other Fire units and lacks good support from the element. Her release did boost Fire's usability for a while, but a future meta change has lowered Fire in general by quite a lot.

i wouldn't take the tier lists on this site that seriously. she's the best missile unit in the game right now and is the top fire unit available right now. if you got her, congrats! yes water meta is coming but there will be more balance than on jp due to the maount of Cloud and ibara teams we have in global. With some ACC boost,king Mont and Setia will do amazingly against teams outside of water.

Yes but now her VC has not been released so her damage can't be optimized at the moment. So I can only use her insane range to bully others

The meta isn't something you always have to think about, especially since they change easily and is already different in GL compared to JP. However, having it shown like this can make it easier to see what things are like, or going to be.
