I am having difficulty crafting the Nagorak. specifically the +3. I am using 2x level 20 (awakened once and max enhance) +2 and I have all the other pieces as well. Anyone have any tips? the recipe says level 20 with 1* but that is not even possible. is this a glitch?

If the nagnarok +2 is equipped on a unit, or is registered in your character's formation, you cannot create the nagnarok +3

Answering my own question: if the weapon is equipped to a hero then it will not show up as available as a part for crafting. Make sure you unequip ie favorites and all formations for that item and you can use to craft
