As stated above they aren't EXed yet. TGCid and Agrias will most likely soar back up to high to top tier. Ramza has potential, but Delita is hot garbage at the moment he needs a complete overhaul.
it's BECAUSE they're legends. They were some of the first collab units introduced, and were mostly great on release. They're just too old now to be useful -- primarily because they don't have level 120, and anyone without level 120 is obsolete.
They’re all kind of dated units. Agrias is the only one that still has high potential. TG Cid has terrible accuracy. Ramza is roughly equal magic and physical, and roughly equal damage and support, so he does nothing well. Delita is similar to Ramza, except he has a far higher damager potential, but his magic resistance is complete trash, and his range isn’t good.
And Delitas best abilities are on his squire sub job, which is just brutal. If he had meditate and judgment blade on his main, you could paladin sub him, and he’d be really good against physical teams.
