Steal time only halves CT of target, so there's diminishing returns for the otherwise marginal agi differences between units, assuming VC/equips are optimal, with optimal or near enough conditions steal time will not provide anything significant past the early 60s... with vin and an upgraded lucia TMR tho, cactaur card and scion her agi will be like 130 for 3 turns
