Definitely delayed. Vinnera was supposed to be release at least around the week of 1st July. But now, it seems like it's going to be delayed till mid July or so due to that ridiculousness of the Porcelain Tower Launch "Featured Summon", the Rain/Mobius event being split up into two different events, and Gumi's Money Milking Tactics. I think that would be a more suitable title for this game.

Looking back at this, November 2nd is an interesting guess. I'm looking forward to him but am thinking he wont come out until mid November since we have yet to see Scar released yet. Funny though since we had part 1 of his event with no part 2 in sight.

seeing as its nov 1st, i'm assuming this guy is a time traveler. or he thinks because the monthly shards are howlett he is out? I am fairly certain he will be out on the 4th(wednesday) because that's our reset
