There probably isn't any guide for each 'main' job, SO FAR, considering that there are new units every month.
There are factors to consider to create such guide. Like the sub-jobs connected to the main job. And the skill sets available for the unit, both passives and active skills.
There are a lot of advantages and disadvantages to consider.
