Some equipment wont sell and/or dismantle after un-equipping the gear from everyone, why is that?

If the weapon/armor/acc is equipped in any unit's favorite slot or party formation Quest/Duel/Multi/Guild/Companion etc... you will not be able to sell or dismantle. If having trouble finding the equipped units for multiple equipment, Disband all party slots and remove items from all unit favorite slots.
