Under what screen do you use the armor pot item? I can't seem to find it...

TMRs from URs sometimes have extra abilities that it enables the character to use and you use the pots to increase those levels

Any Equipment item that has an ability. Currently only Trust Master rewards have them.

Equipment Abilities, so probably when working with TMR's or high level equipment that have abilities.
