Attack styles

Regarding to normal attacks, your unit's main job is the key. If it's Lancer, the type of it's normal attack is Pierce.

For abilities, it also mostly depends on the job acquiring those abilities. Most of Monk's abiities are Strike type.

You can see what type of abilities they are now even if you don't know what the icons mean.
