Have you maxed her Esper Resonance?? Do you have atleast good VCs for the team comp?, esp. Dashing VC for Glaciela. Have you maxed her Jobs? She's rated as 9.5/10 in Altema's site for a reason. You're just a bad player who overlooks the unit's potential. If you're worried about AP consumption, her TMR or Xiza's TMR is there.

i tried using viktora, kain and glaciela , kain is with xiza tmr since he is more on dmage , while my glaciela got the wind spear, and also my viktora got the sandals and ice lance .. but the problem is there ap.. those three need alot of ap.. maybe if u have oldoa tmr then maybe theres a diference ... i didnt max the dashing cause i was using IFRIt 3 star,ochu max ( i have dashing but 1 star only

and i was usinh demon wall , 2 star , but if ur already in pvp theres alot of diference ..for those who have glas canon guners.. but u can try realy if u want ..yes she rate high in jp cause we use them for raid , all around shes useful u can use her if u want..its just my opinion
