I can smell the butthurt from here.
First, she doesn't seem at all like a kid, at this point in the game she even seems at least 20 years old. Second, nope, still don't like her at all, she seems more psycothic than Muraga being embarrased after getting caught using a corset. Second, overusing cringe becomes cringe as using the word to many times takes the fun out of it.

this character is not clearly underage. Maybe you could argue the story says she is some age, but this drawing is clearly of a ~19-22 year old woman, not a little girl.
It's much more reasonable to assume this is a version of Salire from after the war than it is to assume that they just messed up and drew her too old and too sexualized.
@Crmsn if she is drawn as underage, sexualizing her is a big problem. You can say "she's an old soul" all you want, if people who don't recognize the character would identify her as a child then she's a child.
To me she visually reads as a 12-14 year old and it does seem perverse to sexualize her in my opinion.
