FFT Team it´s a good option?

If you're new and f2p I think only gaff is the one you can max and make use until the event comes back.

Yes, for most pve content (if you can get their shards) but not endgame (raids)

It'll be good for regular PVE content but not for harder content like the Tower or Raids. Not having a dedicated healer will hurt a lot.

Ramza and Agrias do offer some healing but their primary roles aren't healers. I would replace Mustadio or Gafgarion with Ayaka, Grace, or the new unit Irdilla who we should be getting soon.
