The only thing Ayaka can bring to the table is low tier heals. Don't get me wrong, it's great for arena, not so much anywhere else for now.

Considering Thancreds a tank that can deal heavy damage, buff, and heal, I have no idea why he was knocked down a tier. And yes, tanks are still important despite belief.
The list has to be reworked in all honesty.
So. You want the only healer with an Instant massive AOE heal demoted because healers are not useful right now. Completely ignoring how extremely useful she will be for late game content that is not available yet (Raids, Tower, Challenges)
And. You want Thancred, A high cost Limited time unit that is no longer posible to obtain to be promoted to S? Even Ramza is a better support tank.
Thancred cannot be a healer. Even as a red mage his base magic max at 70 and if you want him to be a good tank then you'll need him to have low faith wich makes his Cura even less useful. Regen is nice but not an actual heal and if we compare to actual healers ayaka can use regen wich can affect up to 5 targets. He is undeniably a good tank but his sub jobs are terrible for him, specially for AI
Ayaka is although not as good in auto pvp is pretty dam strong in live Arena PVP.
Once you max enhance her, she gains access to Curaga (super good AOE heal), Holy (high dps spell that can't miss) and Haste (the most OP support skill in the game). I got her at lv 74 atm and I've been winning 95% of my live pvp matches.
