May i know what we get from the guild statues once we reach them from at least the details for lvl 4-5? For the serpent, bull, kirin, lion.

If you tap a statue there is a magnifying glass that gives rewards by lvl.

Idk about bull but serpent will add the vis you get everytime you attend the guild, kirin for unlocking a spot in barrack to acquire JP easily, and lion adds more member slot for the guild.
