Does "increase magic ATK" bonus on the Pampa's esper board increase the power of healing skills or only the magic attacks ?

Is it worth to give Ayaka the Pampa esper ?

By Pampa, I'm assuming you mean Cactuar. Unlocking "Increase Magic ATK" only raise magic attack power but not overall magic in general.
