I'm sorry, you missed it. I don't think you'll be able to get him as he's a time limited unit. Even with the next FFT event, you'll probably be able to get just his shards. Nothing more than that.

There is no way until the next FFT event which will also have Delita/Agrias/Mustadio. Until then you cannot get him.
