Magic healing skills

Does "magic" stat increase white mage's healing skills since it is not specified in the description unlike black mage's dammages skills ?

Is it worth to focus on increasing Ayaka's magic stat or it is not necessary ?

You need to raise her faith to get better healing spells.

@anoymous Her faith is 30 for the moment because I need to farm JP in the barracks.

What’s her faith? My Ayaka is level 69 with 420 magic (after equipping everything), and her faith is 97. She heals for 2000+ with her LB and about 1400~ with Curaga.
