Why is Miranda S on global tier list

Why would you unearth this old and irrelevant question, she's very weak by today's standards. Very. Weak.

Personal experience, she overperformed my expectation, the ai is great now, she hastes and quickens people and when the squishy hero like kitone is in range, she one hit with jamming thrust or comet. But future units might change her position.
Shes the one that u want to use when u get, but no need to chase for.

She is currently overperforming in Global. she is probably the only character that can solo brutal iron giant without much effort. Long range, self healing, tanky, or a good support. she is great.

I think it's because she's S by global's current standards, and used to be S in the japanese server until newer units outclassed her.
