Does dragon's blade works with characters with Dragoon at the 2nd class?
Recently I've leveled up Dragon's Blade with Tanchred, apparently when he uses it, he does minimun damage, from 240 of a normal attack, he strikes between 15-30 (If critical) (Skill is at level 9)

This occurs with shadowlynx to. I haven't used it on a DRG main class unit yet tho. Its trigger chances are also really weird and low, and seem generally to trigger more on elemental attacks than physical (if at all on physical). for reference i have the skill at lvl 15 on lynx.
