No. They just don't know information on how it's improved by level.

It's 30% man eater max. That's what carries him as a nuke and potentially 1 hits engelbert with deception 30% man eater + store 150% atk up.

so at what level it will level up? currently lvl 15 and im kinda scared to waste more jp and gold
