You know how Orlandeau for example has Crush Weapon? Attack debuff res is a way to fight against that debuff.

its more or less a throwaway stat on the card - you mostly looking for the party slash up

There arent that many attack down abilities, and they are 100% chance to debuff
This card bring it down to 75% at max, but thats still a high chance on nitch skills
