To sort of answer my own question, the following should be the mats required for a + 5 (if it keeps the same pattern of the other MR armors):

63 x Armor of Light Recipe
2570 x Blissful Heart
315 x Mithril Ore
323 x Light Cryst
1125 x Secret Book of Refinement(armor)

Hope this helps anyone else that may have been wondering the same since this is not on wotv-calc.

It is a magic resist armor but depends on what u need most. Personally magic resist better here imo. Harder to find tank magic armor
