First wave starts with 9 enemies that approaches you from different sides. Most of the enemies have area attack resistance up, but take increased damage from thunder element, so it's recommended to bring a thunder attacker to make the fight/grind easier.
The spellblade footsoldier on the right side comes with Hate Up buff from the start, which may end up pulling your team to the right. You can play the fight manually if you want to ignore him. Try not to clump together as well, since the spear footsoldiers can attack multiple enemies in a line.
Learte has high attack range, and she can attack you all the way from the other side of the bridge.
Both Oelde and Helena will show up after you've defeated a certain amount of units / certain units. Both of them have lightning attack resistance down, so it can be easier to one shot them.
Both Oelde and Helena Leonis will spawn at the same time, in the location shown above.
