Most of the enemies are water elements with some negative slash resistances, so thunder slashers work best here. Many of them also have negative paralysis resistance, which can help if you want to disable certain enemies and finish off the others to prevent the reinforcements.
After 4 enemies are defeated, Zachar will show up by himself. Once 5 enemies are defeated, 4 more enemies will appear as reinforcements including 1 Mindflayer near the cart. Dealing with them first will help prevent an aoe paralysis to ensure a smooth run.
