All enemies here have pretty decent attack type resistances against everything except for missile. Same with elemental resistances, except for their counter element.
Ellshra will be buffing Barale with some Quickens and Hastes, while Barale will uses Samurai job based buffs to increase attack and crit chance. Barale has pretty high AGI, which can be an issue, but not that much of a threat. After some enemies are defeated, 3 Malboros will spawn, which are arguably the ones more difficult to deal with.
The Malboros have passives that increase status effect chance, so their smelly breath is even more dangerous. Make sure to have a tank and keep their hate high to make the Malboros focus your tanks, or take note of where they spawn so you can take them down early before they get to you.
If you have some man killers from Esper/VCs then it's pretty easily auto-able with strong damage dealers, so the option of units is more open. Otherwise, consider using a missile focused team instead.
