I don't know meaning of red or white massage in ability of VC card?

Red just means it's element specific bonus.

Old VCs have white texts because of their generic buffs that can be applied to everyone, but they also unlock an element specific buffs when they reach level 99.

Might be a little confusing when looking at something like Diablos VC, but it's not as important as it might seem.
