Worth getting back into it?

I focus on building only Light and Dark Elements :D

PVE is small content but dark and light slashers are usually solid for any content.

Yea, but as f2p/dolphin can only focus on specific team. I just get Helena & build 2 elements from what vision card I got when I reroll. If you wanna try come back I'd advise at anniversary build light slash team from Locke, Lucio, Thancred, Fina. You should be able to clear most raid/event with them if you can get 3-4 good vision cards.

I just started, am playing fully F2P! Not spending a dime, and got lucky with pulling Aranea.

The game is alot more fun when you only work on a select few units at a time, than whale your way to multiple top tier units and increase the overhead of farming everything.

Don't do it. You're already free.

Depend on what you're looking for. I like the grind, depth mechanic, slow-build, grind, collecting, variety ways of building a unit, grind, plan strategy, trying to complete a mission with an different units/skills, grind, grind, grind, grind and grind. oh, and idle farming.

Mostly just new content, but many of them are limited-time so it might not feel like there's a lot of new content. The only permanent ones are Selection Quests, and the soon to arrive "Another Story".

New features will be coming soon when GL gets to the second anniversary, as seen from the JP version.
