When is the 'choose your ur' event coming?

I've heard from a few JP players that there is a summoning event where you can use 2000 paid visiore to choose a UR unit. I was wondering if anyone knew when this was and if Lucia will be one of the units available.

Think it was half anniversary part 2, and any UR released prior to event that isn't limited, and another 2k premium viz offer for a UR VC. Probably mid-september, game launched in march.
