i have ramza char with max bravery 88... why my another lucia and vinera have MAX bravery n faith only 70/70 ? Is it normal or not ?

faith is good for magician characters

Max gain from Barrack is 70, to gain 97 you need pick crystal in battle or use meditation skill (samurai job) for bravery, and for faith you need to use cheer skill (level 11+) from Fina.
