So I finished the Story quests... so where else do you get Rank Exp?
- the daily missions only give 1 exp
- training milestones are pretty much harder for a free player

For rank EXP, you either wait for new content (new stories) to obtain or do milestones (awaken heroes, limit break heroes or obtain new heroes, etc...).
If you are F2P, the only thing you can do is daily grind and perfect existing teams.
Rank EXP only gives you higher cap for stamina nothing else.
