Pay attention to the turn list to make sure they're going to go together before the Esper/enemy, and Voila! DONE.

For low level elemental chain quest. Form a party with single unit high level Mont. Then hire another Mont as companion. Began the game with 3 stone throw on same target. Then auto-battle for the rest of the turn.

To make elemental chains, you have to
1. Normal attacks don't have elemental affiliation.
2. Most of abilities have elemental affiliation based on a unit who casts that abilities. For example, Mont is an Earth unit and it's abilities like Stone Throw and Body Slam are earth elemental.
3.Use the same elemental abilities on an enemy. To make 2 elemental chains, you have to hit an enemy with 3 same elemental attacks.
