Putting a unit in the barracks will help you farm JP and Bravery point with the expense of decreasing faith,I would like to know how to increase it again.

Faith can be raised by an ability "Cheer" (http://wotvffbe.gamea.co/c/5jg03v3s). That's the only way to increase Faith on the global server. Later, the Guild Barracks will let you choose whether to raise faith or not. That function is available on the JP server now.
