I wanna make +5 Golden Sword. When do I add a seal for equipment?
Should I add a attack seal every single level from level 1 to Level 50 ?

The short answer is: when it's at +5. The long answer is: at +3 or +4, you should be able to freely use seals... the gap between + is so large that it'll take you a long time to go from one level to the next! Just go look at the amount of secret books required to get +4 and then +5, and see how many books you have collected and determine how many you can buy in one week of dueling. That should let you know when it is logical to begin using seals on your equipment.

When it's at +5, yes. For all the other Golden Swords you'll be using to craft it, no.
