Is the guild barracks a shared barrack for the whole guild? Also how can you unlock Kirin Stone Statues? Thanks!

The Guild Barracks is not shared with other guild members. It's only for your units. Kirine Stone Statue is unlocked when Bull Stone Statue reaches Lv.2. You can check that by tapping each statue.
