You can deal with the gunners pretty easily if you have units that have a wide area attack. Sakura's limit burst can attack most of them on her first turn, then other units can be the cleanup.
The rangers can be a big problem in this fight since they can keep attack from the top, and most units' attacks can't reach that high. Having plenty of defensive resistances like Odin or Mask of Deceit VC to reduce damage taken can make a huge difference.
Units with Arithmetician jobs like Ildyra can attack the enemies above without having to get up there. If you have 2 strong Arithmetician, you will be able to auto solo this stage easily. If you only have 1, then you can use a friend unit. If you don't have any, then try to find a multiplayer party instead so you can farm it fast.
