I don't understand why the drawing is dedicated to Camillo, yet the effects are for Earth units.
And the effects seem bad (TP+, HP+13% only).

It's not entirely bad, there's AOE resistance which is good for the party against AOE attacks, combined with Fenrir and Odin VC, that's a lot of resistance.

camillo, first appears maybe halfway through the snowy area story probably for comedic relief after dario kicks the bucket
may have been a sidestory event too that came out around then
