Macherie is featured in Judgment Ordeal event.

The most confusing initial UR (by Esteban)

She's the most confusing initial UR unit of the them all.

Her job combination is not a bad idea; is just seems GUMI decided to make her kit bad on purpose for whatever reasons/agenda (Christmas Macherie?).

Back to her kit, I find her more useful as Monk-sub on higher Levels and under your control (not Auto) due to her constant "2-hit strike-chain", even so is still situational and team-comp related.

I would say her Black Mage-sub is definitely the way to go generally in most battles with Auto. She is a tanky Mage that does less Magic damage than the average mage, just durable and able to throw a heal or build striking/Light elemental-chains.

Macherie is more of a jack of all trades, master of none. She can do lots of things, but other toons do it better than her.

That said, she is a tankier mage with less magic, but more HP. She can also auto-heal and drain for added survivability.

Her kit is basically a mix of light magic offense, heals, and status cures or prevention with Esunaga and Calamity Guard.

Sub-spec'ing her to Monk allows access to Pummel for chaining, and Revive for raise. Sub-spec'ing her to Black Mage allows access to Drain, Banishra and Banishga.

Overall, she's not the best unit, but can solidly perform as an off-healer who can stay in the fight longer, and also dish out damage on the side.

Isn't bad, just master of none. Like you won't send her to the frontline as you have better choices, not high enough magic damage even compare to MR mages. I'd use Fina or Grace for healer if I need one, cheaper to lv up.

This isn't a bug. Everyone's weapon is always going to be their main class's weapon. That passive will still work with her mace anyway, since maces use striking atk.

The best way is to not. Marcherie is hot garbage. Better save those materials for someone else.

What a... bad unit. Rather disappointing that the unit bearing Marche's namesake from FFTA is so odd.

A melee LB that gives resistances on a ranged magic unit that has poor damage, poor healing, and she has monk while having low dismal ATK. She can't frontline either and her LB's resist buff only lasts one turn.

What on earth did Gumi intend for her to be? A joke?

Her only saving grace is the metric ton of status healing, but uhhhh.

You should definitely upgrade the cleric's one (initial one) instead of the black mage's one.

Regarding to Macherie, Cleric's Banish is a main command it can be used with any sub commands.

Is this PJ focused on magic or physical attacks? She has got physical and magic attacks and I don't know which abilities I should use...

For me, i think it is better to build her focused on magic. Since monk is the only physical class she has and has 2 magic classes which will benefit more. And most of the time, she'll be using magic LR attacks since her monk class is a melee type in which she needs to get closer to the enemy unit
