I donn't know which is better the acc staff or the mag one. The acc could help me to take care of 2B yet the gap in mag between magic and aim are quite high...
So is useless, magic attack pen it means you bypass the mag def, but the item hives magic attack RESIST pen, it means the owner gets 20 RESIST TO PENETRATION, so is useless
