is ayaka get any benefit from this card if I equip this to a party member? I mean does wind atk+ increase effectiveness of cure or non elemental attack like meteor/comet?

I think it doesnt work on cure, only for skill attack only.

Yes Meteor and comet are work in this card

it says wind atk+, meaning that wind attacks get attack up. Meteor and Comet are non-elemental so they do not benefit from wind atk+. Same thing with cure, cure is not an attack.
