it literally costs 200k raid medals for 999 white spirit sand. WHAT THE F. Cannot be obtained any other way currently.

Each raid has a different drop. The store lets you buy any item, usually by the time you get enough for +5 you have enough resources from the raid itself to craft it.

If you try to craft gear outside of the actual associated raid, good luck.
