why i cant use this skill "foul"? my Y'shtola have lv 45 limit burst lv 4 awakening lv 4 and foul is lv 10 in grade, but not appears in batle to use...jesus...this game piss me off because of this...a lot of player can use with a y'shtola lv 10 and i cant use with my lv 45 --'

Is your subjob command set to Scorceress? You can't use it with any other job command set.

when i use subjob i can use, well, i cant use white and sorc together? i mean...all skills of sorce never? jesus...this is bad...so i dont need level up another skill i guess...is a waste of time... :/

There is always an job image under the skill which indicates what sub job needs to be equipped. Only skills that have to borders or edged can be used by every sub job like the two skills at the beginning.
