Enemies in the front have high physical resistances towards most attack types. Rhaldor and Kilphe will also start the fight with physical barriers. Many of the enemies are weak to missile attack type.
Meanwhile, to the side is mostly just Little Leela with some supports. She has high SPR and will start the fight with a magic barrier. She will mostly keep using an attack that can inflict silence, and it deals damage in a wide area.
After 1 enemy is defeated, Muraga will appear. On his first turn, he will be casting courage buff.
If you want to complete all missions for the 40 Creysse mindspheres, you'll have to use an all water mono team. This can be quite difficult to do if you aren't that invested into water elements, but is doable if you have at least 3 or 4, which you can get by raising the MR units.
Units like Elsirelle or Moore are pretty good for this fight. Just be sure to take care of Little Leela as the first priority, or bring some silence resist gear/item. After that, everything else is auto-able if your units are strong enough.
If you only have 1 or 2 good water units, you can still do the water only mission to get an easy +3 Ras Algethi. You'll have to rely on a good friend unit to help with the quest.
This will prevent you from getting the last mission of this quest, but you can get those mindspheres by putting Creysse in the barracks, or simply farming this quest with your best units.
