2B is a wind elemental damage dealer that's good as a frontline unit. She can increase her evasion through several ways, have good resistances + defensive skills in case she can't evade, and she can lower enemy's slash + strike attack while raising those resistances. Her skills and subjob options lets her do 3 different attack types (slash, pierce, strike) to help against different types of enemies or chaining. Since she's a machine type unit, she won't take extra damage from human killers, but it's worth noting that she's weak to pierce, and a small negative resistance to magic.
With her new and unique YoRHa job, both Resistance Field and Impaler work well together by widening the gap between enemy's damage and her resistances, while also having the ability to move to a target panel. Shock Wave and Whirling Vortex are useful abilities in GvG/PvP against certain enemies.
Her Samurai subjob isn't the best since most skills have very short range, but it can inflict blind or slow. Her Pugilist subjob's skills are all strike type, which won't be dealing high damage if you don't bring plenty of strike boosts, but Shifting Strike, Spirit Breaker, and Wicked Pummel can be quite handy.
Her EX awaken gives a strong upgrade to Impaler, increasing the debuff values by almost double. Auto Absorb's effectiveness will also be doubled, but it's only useful if you are using the passive over something else. It can help with survivability, but it's not as good as Yuna's Aeon Bond. The job level 25 skill is a nice addition to have, but may not be worth the steep cost to get there.
Raises own Slash Res Piercing Rate, then deals Dmg (L) to target.

Shame her shock wave+ upgrade is actually worse than her base skill. She loses range, uses, healing power debuff and has a higher ap cost in exchange for a (s) to (m) power upgrade, line aoe and a chance at slow status. Not worth imo
