Sure if you say so..... not. Currently the most used unit in guild battle while teamed up with Elana. All those Legend Guilds using Locke right now, must mean he's absolutely worthless. Brilliant

What these guys aren't saying is you need to think how you will build a TMR with this weapon. you can't go wrong with assault, but if your VCs, TMR, or other gear isn't going to add crit potential you might want to consider a crit version. Most player build one of each.

yes and no. your other equipment will dictate it's worth. if you use Black Costume then no because the def penetration from both items do not stack. nor will it stack with Def Pen from truststones on a TMR. probably not the answer you want but it matters how you build Locke or any dagger user.

You can farm it in the event quest right now. If you can clear the brutal difficulty one with an all light team then you get a +3 dagger as a reward.
